We are a Process-Driven, Individual-Led, Choice-Based, "Yes!" Space.

At Oasis Art + Play Studio, we believe in the process of art-making, rather than the final product. We endeavour to create a safe and encouraging space for all artists to make their own choices in their art-making process. We move away from instructing and "teaching" - we facilitate an experience for the artist which allows them to fall in love with creating, rather than replicating.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my child, who is under2 years old, join your Budding or PAI classes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Budding or PAI classes for children under 2 years old. However, we do have a Toddler Sensory Play class designed for children in this age group, ensuring a safe and
engaging experience with non-toxic materials. Once your child turns 2, they will be eligible to join the Process Art Exploration and Budding Art Exploration classes.

My child’s class validity expires soon. Can it be extended?

Class validity extensions are typically not provided, but exceptions can be made for our regular students. We offer two
options for extensions:

  • Option 1: Transfer
the remaining classes to a new membership plan (e.g., an 8-class plan over 12
    weeks) with additional flexibility.
  • Option 2: Convert the remaining classes
into a pay-per-class structure for added convenience.

Please let us know your preference, and we’ll be happy to assist.

What class do you recommend for children aged 2.5–6 years?

We recommend starting with junior-level classes, allowing young artists to build foundational skills and enjoy the learning process before advancing to senior-level activities.

My child is 4.4 years old. Which age group is most suitable for them?

We tailor projects to suit the age
group of each class, ensuring they are engaging and achievable. You can explore options from different age groups to find the best fit for your child’s comfort and interests.

Can I extend my child’s class validity due to a family emergency?

In light of such situations, we are
happy to extend the class validity to accommodate your needs. Please let us know when you are ready to resume.

Do you offer additional discounts for siblings?

Yes, we offer a 10% sibling discount on the second membership plan for families enrolling multiple children. Please contact us for further details.

I’m confused about class extensions and schedules. What should I do?

If you have sufficient time remaining
in your current package, we encourage you to utilize it fully. If a family member cannot continue, another member can attend as the package is designed for family use. However, if the validity has already been extended once, further extensions may not be possible.

Can my child attend classes only once a week?

While attending once a week is an option, we recommend attending classes twice a week for better skill development. Creativity thrives with consistent practice, and our curriculum includes a variety of techniques like mixed media and clay art to foster comprehensive
growth

How can I submit my child’s artwork for events?

We are thrilled to showcase our
students’ artwork during events like our Open House. Please send us their creations to feature their talent. All artworks will be safely returned after the event. Thank you for supporting their creative journey!

Can a 16-2-year-old attend classes with their sibling?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Toddler Sensory Play classes are tailored for both parents and toddlers. For safety and past experiences, children cannot attend solely with a nanny
