About Us
Oasis Art + Play Studio was inspired by a desire to create beautiful, soothing indoor spaces where children can grow in creativity and curiosity. In a world where children’s activities are often overstimulating or overly structured, Oasis provides a refreshing alternative. Here, art and play are blended into a sanctuary that’s as engaging as it is enriching—truly an oasis for the mind, body, and soul.
Our studio is a joyful, process-oriented environment where children can explore their creativity in a variety of different art classes. Each class is tailored to specific age groups and crafted to offer a diverse array of techniques, themes, and media, allowing young artists to experiment freely. Through our unique blend of process-driven and product-driven art, children can learn and grow at a gentle pace, while parents see meaningful skill development over time.
As We Evolve
-
We're Expanding
Oasis is expanding its play-based learning offerings, incorporating storytelling, science experiments, LEGO activities, early robotics, and even introductory coding in Python. With each class designed to provide a balanced hour of hands-on learning, children leave with both a sense of accomplishment and excitement
-
We're Becoming Flexible
Flexibility is central to our philosophy, too—we encourage parents to bring their children when they’re ready to engage, ensuring that every visit to Oasis feels less like an obligation and more like a cherished part of their week

From The Founder's Desk
Prerna Khurana, creating Oasis has been deeply personal. As a mother of two young daughters, she saw a need for a space that nurtures creativity in a calm, inspiring environment, much like the ones she had come across in other cities around the world. With over a decade of business experience, alongside a background in curriculum design and foreign language teaching, she has infused Oasis with diverse influences—from her time in Spain studying Spanish to her personal love of knitting and calligraphy. It’s her hope that the studio will show children that creativity goes beyond traditional art forms and can be explored in countless, joyful ways.
